Please review the new Safety Policies & Protocols to help keep the community Safe and Healthy. Many things have changed at ASH, you may notice newly painted walls to our smaller classes.
Our goal is to continue to provide a safe, and loving, environment.
Steps we’ve have taken:
Our H-Vac System
The environment in our studio is maintained by a specialty system. This system continuously disinfects the air and refreshes it immediately after each class. There is also a constant air exchange flow during each class. We have a germicidal UV light built into our system since our grand opening in 2017 to disinfect the air from germs, viruses and all living organisms. The system combines the creators technical knowledge and experience as a yoga teacher. He became a certified Bikram instructor in 2009 and has been working on “the Perfect heat” once he realized the inconsistency and unsafe heating systems of the industry. This system operates on a proprietary concept, providing consistent climate conditions while reducing energy consumption.
We have also recently added another component since 2020 that mixes with the humidity to keep additional allergens, mold, bacteria, viruses, and VOCs out of our room. Students can practice confidently knowing that this is a safe environment. Due to the sophisticated electronic control, teachers can focus on students and never worry about adjusting the heat
Temperature Checks& Hand Sanitizer
All teachers &students entering must check temperature and sanitize hands.
Extra Cleaning
We have added extra cleaning time between classes and during off hours. We have also added CDC approved cleaning products and professional deep cleaning crew.
Mask & Socks
Mask must be worn to enter studio and socks are required expect on your mat.
Contactless Booking
Our new booking system will allow you to book your class, pre-order products and pick your favorite spot in the room before arrival. The spot number will correspond with cubby number. Watch Video
Towels & Mats
Students should bring their own mat and towel. However, we have towels and mats available for purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Classes Must be cancelled 4 hours before start time to avoid late fee of $15 or lose a class from class card.
Restrooms
Restrooms are open, but our showers are still temporarily closed. 2-3 people may enter at a time with mask & socks
ASH Family code of conduct
If you are sick stay home. If you test positive for Covid-19 please wait 14 days and bring negative test result upon return. Email us @ [email protected]
Social Distancing
Ash Family are always excited to catch up but please keep distance in mind and mask on when saying hi to friends.
Online Classes
If you are immune compromised or over 65 the CDC suggests extra precautions. Ash still have videos live streamed daily and member access to our video library. Again email [email protected]
